The Toronto Raptors didn't catch a break in Monday night's NBA Draft Lottery, at least by a casual onlooking.

Toronto, as a franchise, has picked ninth in three drafts.
The selections:
- Tracy McGrady (1997)
- DeMar DeRozan (2009)
- Jakob Poeltl (2016)
McGrady and DeRozan are two of the greatest scorers ever.

Poeltl has evolved into a strong NBA center.

The only other Raptors spot in contention from their past is No. 4, where they landed both Chris Bosh and Scottie Barnes. Sounds like fun.
