The Jacksonville Jaguars traded up and selected Colorado Buffaloes star Travis Hunter with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Now, Hunter is expected to play both wide receiver and cornerback as he begins his NFL career, and it should be exciting to see how the Heisman Trophy winner does in the league.
Recently, a video surfaced of Hunter stumbling while running routes during minicamp, which has caused quite the debate about his ability to make the transition to the NFL.

Well, former Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver Dez Bryant responded with a strong statement of support for Hunter.
"Bruh.. I promise Travis Hunter routes on air is meaningless… watch him with the football in his hand!"
Bryant also wrote "Rate his playmaking ability" as a quote tweet to the video of him stumbling on the routes.

Naturally, it might take time to learn a new playbook, new scheme, and build chemistry with new quarterbacks, especially after Hunter spent his entire college career with Shedeur Sanders.
But, Bryant doesn't seem the least bit worried about this footage from Hunter, and it's very early to jump to any conclusions from the former Buffs star, or anybody, for that matter.
